The Interfraternity Council (IFC)
The Interfraternity Council is the governing body consisting of representatives from men's fraternities. The IFC’s stated purpose is to promote the shared interests and values of its member fraternities: leadership, service, brotherhood and scholarship.

IFC Fraternity Recruitment
IFC holds a partially structured recruitment at the beginning of each semester. This process consists of a number of informational and IFC events where chapters provide men who are potential new members the opportunity to meet active members from several fraternities. Chapters will also host several individual events during this time for potential new members to attend and learn more about a particular fraternity in a more personalized setting. Registration is required but there is no fee associated with IFC recruitment. Students must attend IFC Orientation as an interest.
